We’ll accept returns of products inside the frame of 15 days, counting from the date of reception of the order by the client and as long as it follows the conditions that the Law 47/2002 demands, which regulates the order of commerce.
We’ll only accept returns previously authorized by us and by written Word. To request this authorization, the client will contact previously with us and once authorized, we’ll indicate the delivery address of the order and the conditions for the order to be accepted. The order must return in its original packaging, in perfect state and protected in a way that is not received with transport duct tape.

Once received the order and checked it is in perfect conditions, we’ll proceed to the return of the costs, being entitled to the right of refunding a lower quantity in case that the material doesn’t arrive in perfect conditions. Transport costs originated by the return will be on the client.
To be able to process a reclaim for damages during the transport, it must be notified to the transport agency in a deadline of 24 hours or either if the external packaging is found damaged at the moment of delivery, indicated it in the delivery note that is signed when receiving the order.
Once finished the reclaim, we’ll take care of the gathering of the defective product and once received, we proceed to the delivery of a product in perfect state without any cost for the client.
